Vistamike: No, I am not thinking about this foum, I know the BBpress.org and PHPBB.net or something...but I am talking about the main page, http://www.howtogeek.com <-- in the page source code shown in HTML I find a sections URL saying /wp-content/ <-- which based on what I know is WordPress.
