As far as I can tell, none of the above - that is if you want Vista SP1.

I would recommend using Windows Update. It is the fastest and easiest way to get the Service Pack for one computer.
Check goto Start->All Programs->Windows Update and check for updates. Windows Vista Service Pack 1 should appear in the list.

And if it does not appear in the list, check whether you have those updates installed:
KB 935509 Bitlocker Update (Enterprise and Ultimate editions only)
KB 937287 Servicing Stack Update
KB 938371 Reliability Update

@ulyy1: You don't need to buy the Service Pack.
One reason Service Pack 1 won't show up in Windows Update is due to driver problems.
You may need to update some drivers if list to install it.
If that doesn't work you can use the link Lighthouse listed but it's best to use Windows Update as it's a smaller download and it's appearance there means you have the needed Microsoft updates installed that are needed for it to work correctly.

I then scanned for updates in windows update and guess what popped up SP1 update WOW. So i'm downloading it now it's much shorter than the one posted in microsoft thats a good thing. Thanks all of you for the help and intresting articles on this subject. Peace and Love.
