I have a Dell Latitude D600 Centrino laptop that has no desktop at all. So I can't do anything with it until I get an Operating System. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good, and affordable Operating System(Anything below $30) that you don't have to download(I can't download anything without a desktop!) for a Dell laptop. Any suggestions?
