quanta 30D1 motherboard specs
(2 posts)See this was posted long ago but I happened to be looking for other info on Quanta30D1 motherboards. You probably have the answer by now but ata is Sata. The problem you will have is that you need a downfacing adapter for the HDD. Other than that, any sata or ata hard drive will work and many companies make 7200 HDD. Western Digital comes to mind off the top of my head but there are others. HP recs WD, Hitatchi, Toshiba but cautions seagate though I'm not sure why.
