ive heard of quad booting a pc so you can install XP, Vista, OSX Leopard AND Ubuntu Linux. so is it actually possible and if so how is it done??

Just a warning!
If you have 4 primary partitions or more, NEVER boot using XP cd to modify partition. I recommend you to install XP first, followed by other more advanced OSes
