So far we have 5 live and strong, healthy pups. A sixth is still inside, still has a chance of coming out allright. Will post back later ;)

I thought "expectant" mothers stayed up all night? Come on Sarah, it should be day light by now over there. What are you doing going to sleep? What kind of puppies are they? Post a pic if you can.

I díd stay up all night:)
Went to bed for a short nap at 8.00 till 11.00 and then back to normal ...

They are Lakeland terrier pups.
1 black female, 2 black males, 1 grizzle and tan male and 1 grizzle and tan female.
It seems there are no more inside after all, so no sixth.
But five big strong healthy pups is a real good litter for such a small breed!

Here's four out of five:)

Cute puppies Sarah! I'd take one but I don't know how we'd handle the transfer over here to Minnesota. But I would love one. In the interest of puppy adoption, I adopted one on my Facebook acct. Does that count? Probably not. But yours are real cute. Names yet?

Papers are going out today, so I had to decide on their names and they will be final:
black girl - Snapdragon
black boy - Champlain
black boy - Scott
grizzle boy - Grizzly Adams
grizzle girl - Daisy

And no, I don't ship them overseas;)

HA Colin, and then you could have a female, and name her "Train"! Get it, Gravy , and Train! Gravy Train! LOL, I crack myself up. That would be so funny. Just think of all the lines you could use when trying to call them in for dinner, or just from the out side. It's cold here (Minnesota), just like in Scotland, so I'd want my puppies inside too!

Hi Col,
Yes that's the dude with the bear. Dogs with his colouring are called "Grizzle", so I had that name in store for quite some time, waiting for a grizzle pup to appear in a litter. He is the first grizzle pup I've ever had (his grizzle sister was born after him), so I finally have someone to give the name to. LOL
You remember the guy with the donkey (Denver Pyle)? With his Number Seven?
If I ever might have a litter with seven pups I'm definitely calling the last one Number Seven. LOL LOL LOL.
Anyway, that guy is also the reason I called the grizzle girl Daisy. Because he was in the Dukes of Hazzard too as uncle Jesse and there was Daisy. LOL
