I've uninstall a program ( Pro Antispyware 2009) out of Program & Features, but it is still showing in my program list ?
Can anyone tell me how to get it delete.

Thanks Bartman, that was quick !

Do I have to download this as Norton has done a scan and quarantined any dangers.

If I'm OK - than all I'm looking for is to get it out of my program list.(I think)
And if so how do I do it

I've just added this to my posting ...
I have just tried again to delete it as normal and I've suceeded ( Big Smile)

I started doing a cleanup of my programs as my computer was getting very slow, theres one more that I'm not sure about Desktop SMS ? if this is to do with mobile phones then I should be ok to delete it ( is that right)

Yes. I would download Malwarebytes and follow the instructions in the link.
That should remove the program from your computer. If not, then come back
and we'll give you further instructions.

Yes SMS is for text messaging. If you don't want or need it, delete away.

Nothing has been found in scan ( smile)
All I can think is that Norton has got rid of it?
Sigh of relief

Good news! If everything seems to be working normally ( no pop ups, etc. )
we'll call this one solved,ok?
