I have a Panasonic model TC-48M90A T.V. (10 yrs old) works perfectly. Have connected a dick smith STB model GH930 and both work perfectly. I have bought a Telefunken DVD Recorder+VCR Combo Telf 50 Platinum. I cannot connect all three insequence to get them to work. If I connect the telefunken to the TV without the STB it works. Cannot get a signal when all three connected. An instruction manual mentions HDMI cables can solve this... however the TV only as two connection ports.... plus antannae. Ports are Video and sound. I have tried all kinds of alternatives without result. "Has any other geek encountered similar problems?" I'll bet they have......I for one would like to read any useful comments.
