I recently got new internet service a few weeks ago & I noticed I'm no longer able to go on certain websites such as mtv & qvc. I can't call my internet company since they are closed on weeks...any advice? I have a mac & I use Safari. Thanks.

Have you tried testing your connection speed yet? Speedtest.net is a pretty good place to do just that.

Do you know the type of connection you have?

I can definitely sympathise with you, my current ISP is cack!
