It says (setup can not continue because the version of windows on your computer is newer than the version on the CD ) can anyone help me !!

What exactly are you trying to do??

If you are trying to replace Windows 7 with XP SP3 then you have to erase everything and do a clean install.

If you are trying to put it in with Windows 7 you have to either install it on a separate disk or partition or install a Virtual Machine.
