(Solved) - Problem with Windows 8 & New Yahoo Mail

I'm having problems with downloading attachments on my email, and when I try to send an email, it takes forever for it to go through. I have a new laptop with Windows 8. I'm not sure if this is a Yahoo email problem with their new email setup, or if the new Yahoo email setup is not messing correctly with Windows 8. Does anyone have any solutions?

Is this happening just this morning, or has it been a pattern for several days? There was a service disruption around the time you posted this....

This is a good site to see if it is your PC vs the yahoo servers.... and many other services too.

Is Yahoo mail down right now?
