Problem with downloading Youtube Videos

Hi, I can't download Youtube videos with Internet Download Manager any more. The download start and than stuck and sometimes disable the internet connection. The problem is only with the youtube videos couse with other videos it works just fine. This problem is only with my laptop which work with vista and not with my PC which have XP. Can u help me please??

I have never tried IDM but have used the add-on Youtube downloader, which works fine.
