Hey guys,

Just today i was starting up my laptop (DELL Inspiron 1520) and it had this message on the screen. "Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM

You can attempt to repair this file (which I tried but did not work) by starting up Windows setup using the original Setup CD-ROM "

This Message comes up right after the bios boot menu so it does not give me any options
