I M nadeem khan, working with cms computers ltd. I have a problem. I m searching since last 15 days but i could not find any solution for my problem. I hope this forum will solve my problem.

Problem is that
1. I m making custom address list under all address list.
2. right click on all address list ->properties->security->advance->uncheck allow inheritance... -> copy -> yes -> yes -> ok
3. Remove authenticated users, anonimous logon and everyone.
4. add authenticated users, and permission read, list objects, open address list.
5. right click on test ( which i created) ->properties->security->advance->uncheck allow inheritance... -> copy -> yes -> yes -> ok
6. Remove authenticated users, anonimous logon and everyone.
7. add user to which i want to give permission to open address list -> full control

When i open from outlook, all user can see the address list which i created.

Please help.

Thank in advance.

Try checking "Allow Inhertiance" and if I remember Exchange correctly there is an option somewhere to allow authentication before viewing private data.
