My printer will no longer print colour. It will print anything black on the page but no colours.Ther is nothing wrong with the colour cartridge and I have tried a new one. The jets are not clogged and were working perfectly well one day then not the next. I have checked all the connections and even uninstalled and re-installed the printer, but it seems as if it isn't getting a message through from the computer.

Click start, settings, printers. In the printers, right click on your printer, and left click properties.
When the properties page comes up, on the bottom you should see a button called 'printing preferences'. Click on that, and then click on the 'Paper/Quality' tab. On the bottom there, you should see the selection for color/black-white - hit color, apply/ok, and apply/ok again, and try printing, and the color should be restored.
