I have people who send me pps files that are only 4 meg in size, I made one myself but it is 25 meg in size. Have looked around the net cannot find anything really usefull any help would be appreciated to shrink the size.

If you use music in your PP shows, you most likely use .wav files. Those are very big. Use .mp3 files instead with this trick: http://www.pptalchemy.co.uk/embed_mp3.html It reduces the size to about 10%.
