Actually that was Scott. bbPress required some fields that weren't filled in.
As for how the displayed name got switched to my first name instead of my user name, I'm not exactly sure.
Could be an automatic function of becoming a mod for bbPress.
Edit: I actully wanted "Justin" to be displayed anyways so to reduce confusion I just changed my custom title to "Mod, Former Member jd2066".

Yeah, I was a little surprised too though when you think about it, it does make sense.
The task of a moderator is too keep away all the bad behavior on the forum from deleting spam to dealing with users that break the rules; the task of a member like me is to answer all the questions to the best of my ability.
By being a moderator I have to take care of both tasks and one of those tasks could take away time from the other.
Right now, I'm spending more time answering posts then moderating because that is what I'm best on at the moment.
I will try throughout this month to get better about moderating and answering posts with about the same time to each if that is possible.
Unless I somehow gain superpowers and can do both tasks in the same amount of time, I will probably be glad to be done being a moderator by the end of this month :-)
