how do i make a picture taken from a cell phone clear? its all fuzzy and small. i want to make it big and clear. its on my laptop now (windows 7) how do i enhance it for free? please help me. i know there is a way to do this? when ever i try to do it the pixels just get bigger and it gets even fuzzyer :(

I am afraid that this is not possible. The cell phone cameras are just too weak to take decent pictures. Get a real camera with e.g. 14MP and you will see a big difference. Thos cameras sell for around $80 (on sale) - I just bought one (last on page).

As whs says, it is not possible.

But you could try playing a bit with Paint.NET:

You should try to use Image ➤ Resize, and then Effects ➤ Photo ➤ Sharpen. More info here:

You won't get a good photo, but it may be better for your purposes than the small one.

black and white... apparantly making picutres black and white makes them clearer to the human eye... sorry this is not really helpfull
