how do i make a picture taken from a cell phone clear? its all fuzzy and small. i want to make it big and clear. its on my laptop now (windows 7) how do i enhance it for free? please help me. i know there is a way to do this? when ever i try to do it the pixels just get bigger and it gets even fuzzyer :(

I am afraid that this is not possible. The cell phone cameras are just too weak to take decent pictures. Get a real camera with e.g. 14MP and you will see a big difference. Thos cameras sell for around $80 (on sale) - I just bought one (last on page). http://www.hhgregg.com/webapp/.....rm=olympus

But you could try playing a bit with Paint.NET:

You should try to use Image ➤ Resize, and then Effects ➤ Photo ➤ Sharpen. More info here:

You won't get a good photo, but it may be better for your purposes than the small one.
