PIC IN WIN MENU??

is there a way i can put pics in my windows vista menu background ? I have a Umbrella Corporation theme on my pc and it would be cool if someone could tell me how to do this if at all possible

i mean when i open up the computer menu or any file its always white i mean it always has been that way but im tired of it being that way i want a pic in the background

It adds a folder background tab to folder properties.

it always asys "C:\ME\Desk...\VistaFolderBackground.dll" failed to load

Makesure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files.

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect please see the application event log for more detail

what does that mean i get that every time i try to install

Not sure, the program has only 2 requirements:

1. You are running Windows Vista

2. You have Visual Studio 2005 SP1 Runtime Files installed:

I didn't get any warnings when i ran the install file.

When you right click a folder, is it that menu background you wish to change?
