Hello
On Photoshop 6.0 in the creative (artistic) zone, you can subdue an effect such as watercolour but on Elements your only option is keep full or remove back to original. Is there a way to soften the artistic effects on Elements or any other photo softwear out there? Original Photoshop was great but too expensive.
Any suggestions?
