Just need some clarification, if you need links I can give you the Zalman:

Normally water Cooling is Better for Over Clocking a CPU.

sorry, didnt see this post had been answered, well, I basically just want the best CFM(or cooling efficiency I suppose)/Price (CFM/Price)
I do not mind about noise too

I run the Zalman air coolers.

No noise and I run @ 4.8 O/C without going over TjMax.

Beware, they are a "Bear" to install.

MUST be installed BEFORE mounting the MB to the case.

They're fine !! :)
