perfomance assessment tool ERROR?

hello every one! am having problem running assessment tool, it displays an error at the end that THE ASSESSMENT CAN NOT BE COMPLETED DUE TO ERROR REPORTED BY OS, DRIVERS OR OTHER COMPONENT. ive checked every thing, installed all the latest drivers. any ideas? it happened recently when i reinstalled win 7 bulid 7000 32 bit. otherwise on previous runs there were no problems..

Check the Event Log. Errors reported by the OS, etc., should be in there.

nope i dont see something relevent there, there must b a another way.
