Hey Mikey, needed to share a little levity today.

Amateur drivers don't hit telephone poles ? And when a bus driver does, it doesn't fall down :)

I once saw a really scary movie about the war and I guess it was set in Russia. At the end people came over to the camp and found everybody there had frozen where they stood, covered with a layer of ice. I was too young to really understand the movie and I don't know what it was called, but it scared the heck out of me. One of the films they used to play on wednesday afternoon 'the children's tv afternoon'. Some people had a really weird idea of what was suitable for kids at that time!

whatever, whenever, they always have collar and tie and just( as was usual in those days) the one and only pair of shoes..

I remember one of my aunts, used to say the leather was so hard, it took an age to get the fit of the shoe comfortable,especially if they were the lace up type,and as with clothes it was just one set, and if you had the money maybe a Sunday best outfit.
