Once a PDF has been converted to Word, is there a way to do text edits to the document?
If so,please advise.
Or
If you know of faster, easier, cheap or free program to use that can convert PDF's to word and allow you to make text edits, please share!

Thanks.

This on-line converter is pretty nifty. Converts even hyperlinks and everything is editable. No need to install a program. It is instant. Just select your pdf and the conversion is done in no time.

I generally don't prefer online programs for my conversions as there are chances that they can disturb the formatting. You can use Word Converter of http://www.pdf-file.com/. However the one online alternative I would suggest is http://freepdfconverteronline.com

I use the one whs linked to. It is perfectly good, and very fast.
