(Solved) - PDA Windows Mobile 5

I have a PDA that i bought of eBay and it has arrived with some CityLink software on it, this software starts on boot up and fills the entire screen... I dont know how to close the program so at current the PDA is useless to me. anyone konw how to close a full screen app?

it is Windows Mobile 5 on a Motorola MC7094 PDA.

I cant factory reset it as the folders that i need to get to are not accessable to put the files in which are used for factory resetting them

any help would be welcome.

For those also struggling, what we did was just create a 'Temp' folder on the PC, put all the cleaner files into it (downloaded them from Motorola) and copy to the PDA. there was a hidden folder on the PDA (yes i turned hidden files and folders to shown, it was still hidden) it asked to overwrite, say yes. once on press 1 + 9 + right hand side scan button and hold until rebooted.

you will then be prompted to start the install.
