My laptop has been taken over by PCeU Virus ( Police Central e-crime Unit ) and asks me to pay £100.00 to unblock the laptop. It is an obvious fraud but every time I start the laptop the fake webpage comes up. I have tried to open up Safe Mode but that fails to work as well. Can anyone help me out with this please.
