how can i open page maker (.pmd) file in ms-word.or in any other way without installing any software?

You would have to install the software that goes with the Pagemaker file as a minimum. There is no shortcut.

You can download a trial version of Adobe Pagemaker. However if the file is very old it may be a fruitless effort.

I opened it with portable adobe pagemaker....anyway thanks xhi.
