I want to overclock my Dell Studio 15(55) (I have Windows 7 Ulti) and this is not possible through BIOS. I heard about 3rd party software that do this and wonders if anyone knows some good non-BIOS solution to this.
Any help appreciated
Anton

Slembroccoli, not a great idea to OC a laptop... But if you must, have a look here.

Slembroccoli,
---
Have to build a Custom machine with a Motherboard Bios capable of controlling ALL machine bus and component timings.
---
Pre-built Machine Bios have Very Few Controls and Settings by design.
---
I would NOT recommend trying to circumvent an OEM Bios with software.

Rick P.
