Output computer audio to PS3 Bluetooth 2.0 Headset

I have a PS3 Bluetooth 2.0 Headset and I am having a lot of trouble try to get my computer (Windows 7) to use my headset as the input and output of the sound and my voice. I have it enabled and it shows up in my "Playback" and "Recording" lists. On both lists it says it is disconnected and when I right-click the Headset and then press "connect" nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the device is not compatible. I had the same problem with a bluetooth headset on an Android tablet. It would connect but no peep came out or went in. I ended up RMAing the thing.
