I have a 2-part Outlook question I hope someone can help me with:

1) How can I make Outlook (2003 and 2007) always use a template I've created as the default mail message so that when I click the NEW button, it automatically is using my template instead of the default.

I know how to make it always use an Outlook Form I've created, but can't seem to do the same with a template (at least not in 2007 version).

2) I have an email I have to send out every Friday to the same people saying the same thing. Is there a way to set it up to automatically deliver every Friday say at 3:00pm. Can't find a Rule to set this kind of situation up.
