How do a keep a custom template sent out to keep from being received as spam. Everytime I send it they receive it in their spam folder. It is a template with an image pasted into it.

Provided the email is legitimate the user just needs to mark that message as "Not Spam"

or they can adjust the Spam options and choose "Low: Move the most obvious junk e-mail to the junk E-mail folder."
