How do I create an outlook rule to forward a copy of a email attached with a PDF file to another folder?

Not sure I understand. You mean an email from anyone that has a PDF attached to be sent to a "PDF" folder?

I do not think the rules permit making a copy. Just sending a mail to a folder. Also you can not differentiate what kind of attachment, only that it has an attachment.
