I have a number of different email addresses, all of which I use with Outlook. I have set one of those emails as my default address for sending new messages, but there is one person whom I *always* want to email from one of the other email addresses. Is there a way to leave the default the way it is, but ensure (in an idiot-proof way) that any new messages I write to this particular person will be sent from a specific email address that is *not* the default?

I've tried Googling this, but am being inundated with links about sorting *incoming* mail, or sorting my copies of my outgoing mail, rather than controlling the email address being used to send.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
