Hi, I work in a law firm so receive hundreds of emails a day which I try and keep filed in various folders and sub-folders. I note the new Blackberry OS has a very useful function when I file emails. It first guesses which folder the email should be filed under based on sender/subject, while at the same time allowing me to do instant search for a folder name. I am hoping this can be replicated in Outlook. We recently upgraded to Office 2010 but sadly this was not one of the new functions. My IT dept say this function does not exist. Can anyone advise if there is third party add-on software that might help? Thanks.
