Guys pse help...until I installed Office 2007 I could right click on a file and email it. I have lost that functionality and it errors out. I have searched Google and MS for a suggested fix and I have reloaded Outlook with no luck. Can anyone help pse ?

Welcome Perky and sorry for the late reply.
What is your default browser? If you're using IE, go to Tools> Internet Options> Programs> Set Programs> Set your Default Programs and make sure Outlook is chosen. Just to be sure after you've checked that go to Tools> Internet Options> Programs> Set Programs> Set Program Access and Computer Defaults> Microsoft Windows> set 'email program to Outlook> OK.
Hopefully that does the trick, if not post back please.
