I have Outlook for my e-mail. The past couple of weeks when I try to open an e-mail it tells me that the file can not read and to check temp variables. Please someone tell me how and what to do to fix this problem. I do not have much computer knowledge and I do not know what or how to do it myself.
thank you so much for your help. Not sure if this is Windows 7, Microsoft Office or even outlook if that is a separate file.

Edit: Please do not post your email address in your posts. --GMod

@cjlewell, After checking on your problem I believe it requires some registry editing. I don't think you should try it yourself because, as you said you do not have much computer knowledge. Suggest you take it to a repair shop in your area. As, fooling around in the registry can make your computer unusable if an error is made.
