Outlook 2010/Microsoft Exchange Server
(4 posts)If you have an exchange account , you can do a send/receive and then archive your ibox to a PST file . By doing this you will be able to access them without being even connected to your exchange server.

Hi,
I think that you should go in for a third party tool to export your emails including all your attachments for the past 3 years from your Exchange Server. As you are having the backup of all your files so it will be good to try using third party tool for this situation. If you want then I can name a few of these tools. Please specify the version of the Exchange Server and also the Windows Server that you are using.
Thanks and Regards,
Charles
