outlook 2010 problems

Please advise on the email below, the sender has enabled read receipt confirmation and every time she send email to this one user she gets the email below. The recipient has acknowledge receiving the email and has read it without deleting the email.

To: user1
Subject: RE: test
Sent: Tuesday, January 08, 2013 1:21:26 PM (UTC+02:00) Harare, Pretoria

was deleted without being read on Tuesday, January 08, 2013 1:21:56 PM (UTC+02:00) Harare, Pretoria.”

It seems like they sent the email with a request for a read receipt, the recipient never read it, and the message aged out according the mailbox manager cleanup rules, and was deleted.
