When I go to type an email address in a new email, it automatically suggests several addresses when the first letter of the emai address is typed. There are two suggested email addresses for one individual in which one address is incorrect. The address is not listed in the address drop down menu. How do I delete the wrong address?

Hi and welcome to HTG,
In 2007 , you can only clear your cache and start over. Check this:

Hey Mike,

Thanks for the quick response, but my Outlook 2007 doesn't seem to have the same tool bar as you have shown. Also, the bad address is not in the address book. It only shows up when you start typing the first letter of the name in the suggest email address when creating a new email.

What I do is press the "delete" key when once the email I want to remove is highlighted and that will remove it.
