I'm using Outlook 2007 in Vista and have had problems with Outlook "remembering" all of the names / addresses of everyone on any Email sent to me. When I go to type in the first letter, ie. "b", it brings up a lot of addresses I don't even know. How can I turn off this feature???

Welcome sshear01,

Go to Tools> Options> Preferences> Email Options> Advanced Email Options and uncheck 'Suggest names when completing....'

Conversely, if you wish to permanently remove names one at a time, highlight the name and SHIFT + DELETE

Just as Scott suggested. If you want to deleted all of them instead of one at a time, delete the NK2 file from C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. That NK2 file is the cached list that comes up.

You should consider saving the NK2 file first if you decide to delete it.
