Outlook 2007 crashes in Vista Ultimate, even in /safe mode

Hi there, my Outlook 2007 in Vista Ultimate crashes all the time when it starts up, even in cmd /safe mode. I have uninstall and reinstall, and it's still the same problem.

What can I do about it?
