Outlook 2007 appointment display more fields

I have created multiple calendars which Outlook 2007 cleverly allows me to view side by side. What I now need to do is display more fields for each appointment on calendar view. Ie more than Location and Subject. As my appointments are over 1hr and my time slots are 15mins I will have enough room for additional lines (fields). I know I will have to create a new form other than the Appointments form, but then how do I set this new form as default for creating new appointments and editing existing ones. The display is the big issue.

Welcome to HTG Steve,
From View> Current View> Define Current View> Fields, use the drop down menu on the lower left to choose additional available fields.
