We are a small office with 5 computers that are all on Outlook 2003. We are thinking about upgrading to a newer version, while being able to transfer all of the data we have in 2003 (lists, contacts and calendars), to the newer version. I have been researching for entirely too long and I can't get a feel for whether this is a good idea or not? Or if the process is something that can be done fairly easily, in a step-by-step manner? Or which of the newer versions is the best? Or if they will work with the Android phone that my boss uses (that currently syncs with 2003)? Can anyone offer guidance? Feedback? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Donna

Outlook 2007 and 2010 have a lot of new features...
To upgrade all you have to care about is exporting your PST file located on each PC , check this for more info

Once the new outlook installed , u can import the PST file again and reconfigure the email.....

Thank you both for the links! I've actually read through the one that warlock posted, but by the time I got to the end I was confused again. Too much input from other people like me, the blind leading the blind! The man does put some links on there as well, I will read through them again since you feel this will help me.
Do you have a recommendation on whether we should go with 2007 or 2010?
