Outlook 2003 forms

I am using outlook 2003 and when ever i go to Tools --- forms -- then click on choose a form and i choose out of office form and click open. i get an error while opening the form. "Could not load some object because they are not available on this machine." I click ok on that error then i get another error "Couldn't find the specified object. Line 63"

And when form opens i am not able to see start and end date.

i have tired everything running detect and repair, uninstalling and reinstalling MS office 2003 but still having the same issue. : "PLEASE HELP"

asherjames, seems you didn't do a full install of Office 2003.

I did a full installation of office 2003 but i am still having the same issue.
