i am facing a problem when i am installing Windows7 32bit, after installation on second reboot monitor falsh th message that its out of frequency 93/84HZ , when i start PC in safe mode it displayed error that installation finishing will be done in normal mode. i am using 3.0 GHz processor Intel D945 Express motherboard 1.5Gb of Ram and 109S Philips Monitor,

(Solved) - Out of Frequency (Windows 7 32bit installation Issue)

The message "Out of Frequency" comes from the monitor.
Not knowing why that would happen with that monitor, I can not really help much.
I'm fairly sure the Windows 7 install uses a standard resolution and refresh rate like "800x600@60Hertz" at the minimum.
If the monitor you have can't handle that then you should probably upgrade your monitor to a better one anyways to get a good experience with Windows XP, Vista or 7.
