I have pc game and i lost the code so the company send me tool to have the code anytime i want but i don't understand how to use it this is the message they send me Unpack the zip file
2) Rename RegCode.ex_ to RegCode.exe

This is a command line tool. So go to the command prompt by pressing Win+R, type cmd and press enter. This will open a command line prompt. Then go to the directory where you saved RegCode.exe. If you saved it in C:\ then just type: cd \ and press enter. Then run it. I don't remember how to use it exactly, I think you need to pass the code generated by AB on the command line as the parameter. Then it will print the new code you need to enter in AB. From now on you can use this tool to regenerate your code every time you change a computer.

What do you mean suspicious this is real i can't send you the file because you can give it to everybody

That is not my webpage, if you want to run that EXE I would recommend scanning it first, that's all, I don't want your file for anything.

The instructions you have seem clear:

Unzip the file they sent you. You will get a RegCode.ex_ file.
Place it somewhere, for example C:\
Rename it to RegCode.exe
Press Win+R, type cmd, ENTER.
Go to where RegCode.exe is: Type "cd C:\" (no quotes).
Run it as indicated: Type "regcode.exe <parameters>" (no quotes).

If you don't know how to type the code as a parameter there is little I can do. Maybe if you use it wrong the very program will tell you how to use it properly. And what is AB?

Which step are you having a problem with? We can help you.

1. right click the zip file and select extract. It will place it in a folder of the same name as the zip file.
2. Right click it and select rename. change the _ to an e. click OK/yes to any questions that pop up.
Let us know if you get this far.

Yes i did this and then press run and type cmd and then put cd\ and press enter and then put regcode.exe and press enter and then go to the file and tried to open it

Is the file regcode.exe actually located on the c: drive root?

What does it say after you type regcode.exe and hit return?

Use "cd C:\" to "Change Directory to C:\":

C:\Users\mnvmbnvk> cd C:\
C:\> regcode.exe

Or place regcode.exe under your home folder: in C:\Users\mnvmbnvk, then use:

C:\Users\mnvmbnvk> regcode.exe
