have an old HP laser hooked to another machine on my network. There aren't or will not be a windows 7 driver for this laser. How do I share it with the windows 7 computer

I don't think you can without a driver on Win7, at least get the full capability of the printer. Have you tried installing it anyway on Win7? It might have some level of support built in, but I doubt it, especially if you have a 64 bit version.

Some Vista drivers work on Win7. Try that.
