Old iPod new laptop

Hey guys I recently got rid of an old pc for a laptop the only problem is all my music
Was stored on the pc. I have my iPod here with all my music on it, is there anyway I can either keep the
Music on this iPod and sync it to the new laptop or move the music to the new laptop
And up date the iPod from there?
