As Microsoft pointed out Tuesday in a blog post, all Office 2013 versions have adopted the more restrictive rights that first showed up in Office 2010's PKCs. Office 2013 licenses are permanently tied to a specific PC, and cannot be reassigned to another machine unless that PC conks out during its warranty period.
Because of this. I still pass.
OH, I pass also as Builders may change out motherboards every few years so adding another MS Office would be an excessive cost.

Too bad MS quit selling Works.
They could have sold a copy to everyone on Earth for $40 instead of running off their customers to "the bays". (LOL)
I use Libre Office in my Zorin system - works very well. I already made my first Impress (Power Point) picture show with music etc. About 2/3ds into this video is the demo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iVaDTsGybqI
