Office 2007 Shortcuts

Im using Office 2007 right now. Tried to use the same key board shortcuts as in Office 2003 where it will be easily guided by the letter underlined. Is there any way that I can change lay out to replicate Office 2003 or get the same shortcut assistance?

I found this 'Search Commands' Tab for Office 2007 very helpful when i started using 2007:

It allow you to type in a word or phrase and brings up all the buttons and their locations.
